Recently updated voice message bubbles and improvements to how people access media in the gallery are also described in the App Store release notes.

WhatsApp is one of the best iPhone apps for keeping in touch with people around the world, especially if they are using Android devices or Windows PCs and don’t have access to iMessage. The app offers instant messaging with end-to-end encryption and vanishing messages to ensure privacy as well.

Those who have already installed WhatsApp can get the update through the App Store now. Everyone can download it again for free now. WhatsApp is available on Mac as well as web for those who prefer this route as well.
